Our Grading Guidelines
We understand grading your phone can sometimes be difficult. Here at Mobile Phone Trade In we try and make it a simple process for you. To help, we have provided below a guide showing how we grade the mobile phones that we recycle.
It is very important you match the condition of your phone accurately with our grading system. Blatant misrepresentation of your device condition will delay the pay-out time, lead to a lower payment amount or even result in the cancellation of your request.
Please note - we do not recycle any phones which are blocked, barred or blacklisted, regardless of the phone condition.
